Where Bristol’s mobile speed cameras will be this week – 63 places you need to be aware of


The watchful eyes of mobile speed cameras are being deployed across the Bristol region this week.

They are calibrated to spot those exceeding the limits, which are in place for the safety of all road users.

The latest schedule for the week beginning Monday, August 23 has been published by Avon and Somerset Police and includes 63 locations.

If you are caught, you run the risk of a fine, penalty points or a speed awareness course – serious violations could see you in court.

Speeding is one of the fatal four driving dangers, the others are mobile phone use, not wearing a seatbelt and drink/drug driving.

The schedule for the week has been published by Avon and Somerset Police in a bid to improve road safety.
